Youth Ministry Activities

Steubenville East 2012 

Calling all youth that are in high school or who will be entering into high school in 2012! Steubenville East has been announced and will be taking place From July 20 through July 22 at URI again this year. Let’s make this the biggest year yet for St. Joseph in Epping! Be watching for the signup sheet on the Sacristy door and get registered. As always space will be limited but our enthusiasm will not, so don’t miss out! The theme is “The Eighth Day” and we will again be designing our own shirts so start putting your ideas down on paper and we will be planning starting in January! Keep an eye on the bulletin, the St. Joseph website and Facebook!


 

Dead Theologians Society  

Have you ever wondered about the saints? Wondered who they are, what their lives were like or how they became a saint? Come join us on the Fourth Friday of every month starting at 7 pm and going until 8:30pm where we explore the Saints by reviewing their life accomplishments and finding out more about them. There are usually snacks afterwards as well!

Meeting Dates: (4th Friday of the month): January 26, Feb 24, Mar 23, April 27, May 25, June 22 and no DTS in July due to Steubenville.


High School Youth Group

Looking for a place to hang out with other people your own age? Have friends at Church you only see during the Mass? If you are in High School, why not come to Youth Group held the 3rd Saturday of every month between 7 pm and 9 pm! We soon will be moving into our new space and you will decide how to set it up! We will be watching movies, setting up fun events and planning for Steubenville as just a few plans that we have. We will need to plan the design of our shirts again this year based on the theme “The Eighth Day”, so bring your ideas!

The Big Day of Serving in Nashua

Join youth from the Nashua area to partake in the "Big Day of Serving". We will be transforming and revitalizing an entire neighborhood in one day. Nashua's "French Hill" neighborhood has been chosen as a location site for our Big Day of Serving and amazing things are going to happen. Imagine 500+ youth gathered at Greeley Park in the morning then heading out to serve and help rejuvenate an entire neighborhood!
